Teams of young entrepreneurs from Russia, France and Greece have been rewarded in the Innovact 2009
Paris, April 10, 2009 – the tally of the 7th edition of the European competition “Young hopes of innovation” was made public in late March in the European Youth Forum Enterprises innovative – Innovact 2009, in Reims (France). Finalists Romans were at this event with the “The Hops Eco Farm”. Awards, between 1000 and 3000 euros were awarded to teams of young entrepreneurs from Russia, France and Greece.
Selected from 100 projects received from all over Europe, 28 have entered the finals, one Romanian, proposed by Olariu and Codrin Paveliuc-Etienne Ignat. They were invited to Reims to present the project of achieving organic farms growing hops for the brewing industry, in front of the jury and the participants at the European Youth Forum Innovact innovative Enterprises in 2009.
“Participation in Innovact, said Codrin, helped us first learn how to present ourselves in the competitions of this scale. Now we know better what methods to use to promote our projects, how to attract partners, how to “sell us” better. We did quite a lot of contacts, both among the other participants in the competition, and among the exhibitors at the Forum, and conferences and seminars were full of new information. ”
Evaluated on creativity, originality, viability and professionalism of their project, the winners received prizes of Luuk Borg (jury president), Francois Cravoisier (President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Reims and Epernay cities), Delphine Cantor (Director of Communication Group “L’Etudiant”) and Arnaud Legal (Director magazine “L’Entreprise”).

· Prize (3000 EUR):
The team coordinated by Liana Ogarezova – Russian State Medical University, Russia
Project: “Artificial Skin” – the production and sale of artificial skin graft in case of burns of Degrees 3 and 4.
People award II (1500 euro):
The team coordinated by Nicolas Beauquis, IUT 1 de Grenoble-Departement Genie et thermique Energy, France
Project: “dirty water purification through solar distillation” – carrying a mobile device for purifying water and free and independent functioning, for poor countries.

The team coordinated by Nicolas Mathieu, Institut d ‘Optique Graduate School, France
Project: “Effilux” – for optical systems designed and made by adapting the geometry of the beam of light produced by LEDs, the user needs.
Eureka particular people award (1000 euro):
Michael Arvanitis at the University of Patras, Greece,
Project: Portable water purification Hypersonic “- the draft Environmental Protection proposes recycling water used at home or in the reign of agricultural water.
Organized by 7 years with the support of The European Commission, this international competition is to highlight and participation in the financing of entrepreneurial projects best students and young researchers. Launched by Innovact – Forum “Young Enterprises Innovate”, supported by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the town Reims (France), this initiative aims to stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit of young people. Young European innovation competition offers hope to those who have projects activities creating an opportunity to build an entrepreneurial approach and to present ideas in front of a jury of professionals chaired by Luuk Borg, Director General Secretariat of Eureka and charge of European funding program Eurostars.
