European Commission Representation in Romania organized in July the Sixth European Roundtable of colloquia series on “The Spirit of Innovation in Romania”. 2009 was declared by the Council and European Parliament European Year of Creativity and Innovation. Invited speakers at this event have addressed issues related to the decrease of the role that Europe plays in the international community of science and innovation and the implications of this research. The presentations were followed by a discussion session, questions and answers.
